Fenwick Place: Tall & Ugly!

 

 

Alas, not everything in Halifax is beautiful. Fenwick Place is the tallest building in Metropolitan Halifax, about 98 meters (320 feet) high. The Chebucto Community Net's Fenwick Place Webcam, at an elevation of 148 meters (486 feet) above sea level, has been set to overlook the mouth of Halifax Harbour and Point Pleasant Park at the tip of the Halifax peninsula. Fenwick Place is owned by Dalhousie University and is used as student housing as well as tourist accommodation.
